It is important for the client to be involved in their own care through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment. Following your assessment you will be provided with advice on exercise and prescribed a specific and individual exercise programme. This will help you to improve mobility or to strengthen specific parts of your body. The programme will be made available to you via the Physitrack App, an online based software package.
